Free Iced Water?

Do the Universal parks give you free ice water? I recently found out that Disney does this and it would be great if Universal did also....

Any place that has a soda fountain, they will give you ice water in a little plastic cup.

i would walk up to a counter service place and when they said may i take your order please, i said, "i really need a tall glass of ice water."

and they gave it to me each time.


at the carts, i said the same thing.



i drink a lot of water during the day at the parks.

I just bring my 2.2L water jug with me everywhere I go.

But you can get nice, cold water at any of the restaurants/carts with a soda fountain.

We always do this at Disney. I hate lugging bottles around with me. Great to know you can do this at Universal as well!

Just keep in mind that the water at Disney will be much colder and sweeter than Universal's water. Be careful though not to choke on the pixie dust.

True...but remember while Disney has pixie dust...Universal has mummy dust. It's more of a grown up taste and less filling.

I have my kids always ask for the courtesy cup of water at pools, etc. Used to embarrass them at first, but now they willing do it so they can have cash for "better things."

We were just there last month. We would bring in 2 bottles of water with us to the parks, then just ask at any cart or restaurant to refill it with water. They would happily fill it for us. Very cold coming from the soda fountains! Much better and more refreshing than soda.

We bought one of the refillable cups and ended up just getting free water in it the entire time
