Does anyone have a list of where there is self service ice and water in the parks? I know the backstage dinner thing in Studios has the machines where anyone can use them. Baby only likes warm formula, and don't want to have to lug her to the baby care center every feeding. Looking for ice/pop machines and a hot water tap, like for tea.

We've found that you can get free ice or ice water at any counter service location. There are a few kiosks that can give you ice (but don't have water taps). I've never noticed if there is a way to get free hot water.

Taps in the restrooms. There isn't anything special about the ice water except it has ice.

I don't know when you are going but we would place bottled water on top of the stroller cover and let the sun warm it up.
Also, our son didn't like the taste of the Disney tap water. so, we had to figure something out.

Usually the hot water tap is built into the coffee/ hot chocolate machines.

I would not try a different water in your babby's formula at WDW. The filtered through the coffee machine should be better, but our family simply will not drink the water at WDW. I would hate to see you having feeding issues on vacation or worse yet, tummy troubles. I would either buy bottle water (and try it out before the trip) or switch to ready to feed for the trip. Again, try it out before hand. When traveling with tiny ones, I would splurge on the ready to feed bottles. I would also try giving her the formula just a little bit cooler each day and dry to get her to a room temperature before you go. SOOOO much easier. If that does not work, you can run the bottle under the hot water in the rest room for a few minutes to take the chill off.

If you use a powdered formula, we would take the bottle with the proper amount of water inside. I did not refrigerate, just kept in diaper bag. You can warm on stroller, as a pp suggested. I would place the proper amount of formula powder in a formula keeper in room for multiple feedings during the day & fill that many bottles of water as well. Some formula are for sale in packets, but they only make 4 oz or multiples thereof, so not always convenient. When ds was ready to eat, we would mix the formula & the premeasured water in the bottle by shaking &(I also carried a small whisk that would fit in bottle in case of clumping) he had a warm bottle. I also didn't have to worry about keeping formula cold enough, getting warm enough to eat, or how long bottle was mixed prior to eating. I filled my bottles & formula container the night before so everything was ready to go in the morning. I hope this wasn't too confusing: it worked for us when ds was taking 6oz at a time so I didn't have to waste or guess at 1/2 a packet.

I would think any counter service place could give you some hot water just as they do ice water. Any Ts place can warm bottles for you also

Self serve at sunshine seasons in Epcot, the building where Soarin is also located. :wizard:

I had the same problem when DD was little. I took to travelling with a Thermos and a hot pot. I would boil up bottled water in the morning and put it in the thermos, then use that to make bottles all day. In the morning when the water is really hot still, just add some room temp bottled water to the hot water to cool it down.
