Hi- I signed up at ghirardelli.com for their newsletter, and they sent me a coupon for buy one sundae, get one free OR half off on one sundae! It has my name printed on it, can only be used by me (can't you see them checking ID at Grhirardellis's ... LOL!!!), expires 12/17, but I believe they will send e-coupons every month! Yay! Half price on sundaes!!!

Thanks for sharing that info. I've gone and signed up myself. We dropped $20 there at least last time on a snack stop. It was definitely yummy and worth it, but a coupon would be great.

Typically the email comes to you the next business day.
For the last trip I signed up everyone in the family, as long as each person has their own email address you can get a coupon.
Upon presenting the coupons, nobody every asked for ID to confirm the recipient's name.
funny that free ice cream always tastes a little better.
the banana split is my favourite sundae: messy, but darned good.
However, the waffle cone is my ultimate favourite, but you cannot use the coupon for it.

I signed up about three weeks ago. I didn't get my email coupon until FOUR DAYS after I signed up. So don't worry... it will come! One problem with mine though... I signed up too early I guess so my coupon expires before we even get to WDW on December 4th! So be aware that the coupon does have an expiration date (I think it is 30 days after it is sent to you!).

Has anyone gotten repeat emails? I signed up a couple months ago, not realizing that it was too early for us to be able to use it, before it expired. I thought that there would be subsequent emails, but I haven't received any more. How often do they send them out? TIA

Thanks for the head's up - got my email this afternoon from signing up last night. It appears to expire December 20th, and you can either BOGO sundae or buy one sundae for half off.

My husband signed up at the store in San Francisco last year, and he gets offers every few months, but I didn't want to risk not getting an offer before the trip. If you are worried about not getting another offer after you have signed up, use another email address (like yahoo) and sign up again right before your trip.

I don't get it. I went to www.ghiradelli.com and I get some sort of search page with other links where the candy is sold I guess. Can someone add a direct link as maybe that will work?
