Free hotel

On my vacation last week, we broke the drive into 2 days both ways. We stayed at 2 different best westerns. I received a free night to use by January 1, 2020. We are thinking about going to Nashville for the ICE event at the Opryland hotel. There is a best western right by it. So that would save us on the hotel. Pretty easy way to earn a free night.

I find best westerns hit or miss. But since they started with their classifications of plus and premiere they seem better. I stayed a week at the best western island palms in San Diego and loved it. The 2 I stayed at this time were fine for a night.

I booked a room using the voucher that they emailed me. I had to call to do this. The customer service representative was so nice. She told me the room offered at the hotel I wanted was a king room. I asked if I could get 2 beds because it would be my son and me. She called the hotel directly while I waited on hold and she said they agreed to give me a room with 2 beds. I was very impressed with her professionalism. BW has won me over.
