Just an FYI to everyone coming up on the list: They will not give a Claim ticket anymore. I asked 3 different luggage services people. They said just ask for "fridge swap" and give them your name. This worked for me on check in.

I would suggest to take a 8 x 10 neon piece of paper to label the box with the next person's info (there's a large sharpie in the fridge). That's what I did for Luckygirl so hopefully she will have no problem!

The fridge was great to have and very large!!! I defrosted it overnight as quite a bit of frost accummulated over the trip so be sure to give yourself enough time for that. Luggage Service CM's were GREAT! Very quick delivery and pick up of the fridge and they took it out of box and set it up for me. I tipped $5 each way and they seemed VERY pleased with that tip so I guess that's about the right amount. I tried to tape the box best I could but it's definitely deteriorating.

Just an update. . .I left the fridge with luggage services for MB12345. I put your full name, check in date, and reservation number on the fridge side and top on a big index card. There coffee maker is making a clicking noise, but still works great. Everything is in the fridge including, lots of filters, toaster, big index cards, some baggies, cleaning wipes, and some coffee. It worked out great! Please, if anyone is driving up soon and can get a new box, it really needs it! We think it's 3x2x2, but get bigger to be on the safe side. The picture on page one is still what the box looks like, but it is really beat up now. Thanks!!!!!!

Thank you for the update. Hope you had a great trip! I will be flying so unfortunately won't be able to carry a box on the plane. If I do get a chance, I can buy a box locally. Other than that, are there any other supplies I need to take? If you have a ticket number from luggage services, can you please PM it to me? Can't wait to get there!

Karalea, I got back from POP Century this morning. I have left the fridge with luggage services. I have tagged the box with your name, conf #, arrival date and your phone number. When you check-in at the resort, just tell them you have a fridge to pickup from the swap. Then go to luggage services outside the entrance of the main lobby (classic hall), give them your name and they should bring out the fridge for you. The fridge still has all the supplies mentioned by luckygirl539 in the earlier post. The box is quite worn out and won't last much longer, so if you could get a new box, that would be great. Have a fun trip!
