Two years ago, we went to Disney before our cruise. We wandered through Pleasure Island early one night and asked a CM for the closest restroom.

He directed us to the Adventure's Club and we discovered that there was free entry until 9 o'clock that night.

It was a nice treat. Does anyone know if this is still happening?

Really? Wow, I had no idea. But I think i've been there before 9 before and needed our tickets to get in. Anyone else know?

When we were there last September, the guy at the front door called to us as we were walking past and told us that we could come in for free before 9:00.

It would be great if it were free to get in before 9:00 pm. If anyone could confirm this we would definitely appreciate it. Not that we are cheap by any means, but IMHO we can't justify paying for entrance to all the clubs when we just want to visit the Adventure's club to have a Kungaloosh.

Since nothing really goes on before 9 anyway, and many times they are closed for private events until 9, it's probably still possible.

Yes, I believe all of PI is open to people until 9 and then they start checking wristbands.
It isn't very crowded before 9 and the shows aren't as "funny" ;)

I'm not sure about the 9pm thing, but I know you can now buy entry to one club at a cheaper rate than all clubs for PI. ie. for like $10 you could buy entry to AC only instead of spending $20-ish for entry to all the clubs.

Last summer when I went to AC there was someone at the door who scanned my ticket as we entered and stamped my hand. Haven't been there since.

Adventurers Club and Comedy Warehouse still require a multi-club ticket.

More often than not, AC is closed till 9 for a private event. We usually go to the early Comedy Warehouse show, then head over to AC in time for the Balderdash Cup!! We usually end staying through Hoopla!! HOOPLA!!

We keep APs for Pleasure Island, cause we go at least twice each trip, and go at least twice each year.

Kungaloosh!!

Don't know if they are still doing this, but when they were (a few months ago as I recall), CMs would sweep the room at 9 p.m. and politely but firmly tell you to leave and buy a ticket if you did not already have a wristband. Unlike, for example, the CityWalk clubs, where if you're in before they start taking tickets you can stay until 2:00 a.m.

Just to reiterate Carol's point, because this comes up a lot, PI does NOT sell no single-club tickets for the comedy clubs (AC and CW), only for the dance clubs. However, every time I am back in the ticket line, someone tries to buy one.

Kungaloosh!

We've done the "free preview" at AC from 7-9 on a couple of trips. You can see 2 library shows in this time! After the 2nd library show, as you leave the library, they check for wristbands, and if you don't have one, there's a door you exit right there instead of going through the hallway by the bathrooms where you can re-enter the main room. This should make sense if you've been there. :)

They are closed for private parties sometimes until 9:00, however, and the free preview would not exist on that night. I know one trip, we specifically found out somehow if it was open from 7-9 or not, but I can't remember how we found out. Anyone know how to find out?
