At the Quick Service places in the parks and DTD do you get free drink refills, where they give you a cup and you fill up as often as you like at drink station? Or is it strictly bottled drinks?
Actually, I have heard plenty of reports that at EoS you can (or you could in the past, if this has changed) get free soda fountain refills. I can't speak from experience because the drinks are too large for me to finish. I can't imagine anyone eating a meal, a dessert and still knocking back two Disney sized sodas, but apparently it can/could be done. Of course whether this is/was actually officially acceptable is another story.

Backlot Express at Hollywood Studios had the serve yourself soda machines when I was there in May so you could refill yourself. I believe that Electric Umbrella in Epcot also has the serve yourself fountains but I didn't eat there my last trip. I'm not sure which other CS in the parks have the serve yourself fountains. My last trip was a short one so I didn't get to check most of my local CS favorites. Most of the resort food courts are fill it yourself so you can refill although you are suppose to purchase the refillable mug for that. So the simple answer is it all depends upon where you eat.
Do all the QS places sell bottled water? I was looking at menus and not all of them list water under the drinks list. I was hoping to be able to get bottled water using dessert credit to carry around park.
The only location at the parks where I have been to that you can get free refills is at Electric Umbrella in Epcot because they give you an empty cup and you fill it up yourself. I also know that's the way it's done at Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney Marketplace, all the resort counter service locations and anywhere else where you fill up the cups yourself.
