Free Drink Refills & CHH clam chowder?

Hi all. This will be our first time on a Disney dining plan. Does anyone know if:

1. At the Quick Service spots, do the soft drinks include free refills? If so, are the refills via a self serve station or by waiting again in an ordering line?

2. Columbia Harbor House at MK - Is the clam chowder included in the DDP Quick Service meal credit? If so, is it ordered as an entree? Are the salads included on the DDP in place of an entree?

Is the clam chowder still in a bread bowl - yum, yum!?

If the restaurant has a refill-it-yourself station, refills are included. If it does not, they are not.

No more bread bowls.

Can't answer the rest of it, except if a salad is listed at a QS as an entree (and not as a side dish), then it can count as your DDP entree. You would also be entitled to a drink and a dessert.

last April one of us wanted the Clam Chowder as our entree, and they let us, so we got Ice Tea, Clam Chowder, fries and apple pie for dessert. MMMM So good!
