Has anyone ever had a free dining plan PIN (or any PIN for that matter) attached to their account but not received notice via snail mail or email? I've heard of a lot of ppl saying they've called and had PIN attached to their name/account but a CM told me that I would always receive it via email or snail mail as well. Is this accurate information or should I keep calling? If so, how often do you suggest I check in with a CM? We are going in May and would love a free DP. Thanks!
