ebcr20, good to know about the Planet Hollywood certificates. Do you think if you had more than one person they would let them each use $20 towards a purchase in the gift shop? I talked my parents into donating $300 and they will get the package with four 1-day tickets and $40 in gift certificates and my sister will likely take my mom shopping so the two of them can go to Planet Hollywood. Or maybe they can spend one for a meal and the other in the gift shop?

We received the tickets and are here - they work great. HOWEVER, we received $120 gift certificates (6 - $20) with our donation BUT you can only use one per check!!!! AND they are only good at Orlando. Basically you can get $20 off of 6 visits - they should've worded that much better. I still feel good about giving to the money to charity for the tickets than just to Disney - they get soooo much of my money every year.

On the website, it says the tickets expire 12/31/11. You would have to wait to purchase them next year for use in 2012.

We've used this offer twice now and the hospital foundation is always so nice. They also told me if I wanted to skip the shipping fee to walk right into the hospital gift shop.

i sent an email to the Florida hospital foundation(flhosp.org) and got a response:

"The tickets that are going out currently expire in 2012. The gift certificates for the other venues included in the package expire 2011. Dana Swanson"

I would like the planet hollywood GC so i guess i will wait and hope they still have the offer for next year.
