I think the Disney one is called Waltograph or something like that.
I don't know if the other website is the same, but when you download it is a .zip file. Open that file and say Unzip. It will then let you pick a location for the new file (i always just say desktop as its easy to find again) and then just copy the icon that shows up for it and go into the control panel and find the folder for fonts. Simply paste the file there
Sorry if its completely different for Macs.. We don't have a Mac..
Maybe google the question like "Downloading fonts on a Mac" or something and you will find the answer? Hope you figure it out!
You go to finder, then open applications, then font book, on the left of the window just below the three dots (green, yellow, red) you will see a dial looking thing with an arrow pointing down, click that, click add fonts, then under places click your home, (on mine it's a picture of a house & then my name is next to it- it's just below desktop) then click downloads, find the one you downloaded & click ok.
Presto!
Sorry it wasn't more clear. I'm still trying to learn the Mac lingo.
