Free Disney Dining Blacout Dates for December?

I found historic data for when Disney Dining has been offered for free...however, I am trying to figure out what blackout dates have been historically for December. Thanks for any help!

These were last year's promotion dates for fall:

September 29 – October 2, 2013
October 18 – November 2, 2013
November 11 – 23, 2013
December 12 – 22, 2013

So they were looking at blackouts for December check-in dates of Dec. 1-11 and Dec. 23-31.

Okay so would you say then that if I plan to arrive on November 28th but plan to stay for 14 nights, I would NOT be eligible? (of course if the dates are the same for this year)

If the dates are exactly the same for this year (they probably won't be), with a check-in date of November 28 you would not be eligible for free dining at all.

The only date that counts is the check-in date. If your check-in date does not fall within that time period listed for the promotion, you don't get the promotion - for any of your stay.

Of course the dates will likely be different, but November 28 this year is the day after Thanksgiving - don't count on anything.

Okay, thanks for the info and that clears it up. Our dates are completely flexible so it looks like we will be looking at more toward the second week rather than like we originally planned. May I ask where you got those blackout dates? I'd like to look at prior years besides 2013.

Free Dining dates in Dec 2012:
Dec 10 -13. Originally Dec 10-20, but dates changed during the promo
Also Nov 23-29 (Thanksgiving was Nov 22)

Free dining dates in Dec 2011:
Nov 27-Dec 3 changed to Nov 26-Dec 1 during the promo period
Dec 11-17 changed to Dec 10-15 during the promo period
