I had a hard time finding it, too. Go to the 12 x 12 calendars, and then you'll see the Disney one as an option to select.

I couldn't get it to work so I did instant chat. The price difference doesn't show up until the very last page of the check-out...after you put in your cc info, before you hit the final submit.

Yep I did the instant chat today too. It just came off at the end at the payment screen.

I also had problems finding the discount, but did the live chat and it will show up after entering the billing information. Their system for this kind of discount is poor, but it did work.

I've tried entering it on the Promo page when it gives you the instant code, I've tried entering it at checkout and went all the way through to 'submit order' and still it says the code is invalid. I've copied it and pasted, I've typed it out....I've even went through my husbands email to get another one and it still says invalid. When I went to enter it initially it said it was already entered and would be reflected at checkout, but it doesn't show on my promo page at all and doesn't show when I check out.

I've sent customer service an email, seems they aren't in today though (Christmas Eve)....I hope I still get it for free...I worked really hard on it

When you sign in to Snapfish go to your account (top of the page, right side) then look under Credits and Subscriptions and click on Credits. Does the credit show up there?

No, it was never listed there either. When I tried to re-enter it though it would say that it had been entered before and that I didn't have to enter it again? Odd, I've had the most issues with codes lately...not just on Snapfish but on other sites as well.

I am having the exact same problem as you are. Says my code is invalid or that I have already used the code and I have not. I have gone through the checkout steps but the discount is never applied.
