Have the dates for 2014 of Free Dinning been released?

What was 2013 dates?

We are going Nov 21 , 2014 and are hoping to get the last day of dinning on our check in so we get it the whole trip.

From what I've been reading, it looks like you should only expect to see free dining in August and September as a public promotion. Free dining PINs have gone out for those who received them in Disney's random way of doing so for January-early March. I did something about some bounce back dining offers for later next year, although I think it was fall dates. Looks like the Stay/Play/Dine promotion of adult park tickets and meal plans at kid prices may be the new standard to replace free dining.
