free dinning!

sorry if this been posted before! but i booked my dinning plan with going places for 9th-23rd sept this year! and did not get it free! do you only recive it free when booking with disney??
im really confused any help??
p.s would like to add im from the UK

As far as im aware it was only a limited offer that had to be booked at a certain time. Think you may have needed to book direct with disney and it had to be a full rate room with theme park tickets.

We went last September and enquired with TCD about this and was told that a limted number of free dinning plans are given out and you have to book through direct with disney

Yes you have to book with disney or thru someone like dreams unlimited. The free dining is usually only available for bookings made in certain months, i.e. june, for travel i think in august and september, but your dreams agent can rebook your accomodation to get you the free dining, and you do have to have at least one day park passes.
