Free Dinning while in a Preferred Room?

I was wondering if the free dining plan wasn't offered if I selected a preferred room at the CBR? Is this free dining plan only offered to standard rooms?

When you request a quote for the free dining deal at your selected resort, you'll be shown the room types that have availability under that offer. Just make sure that if you're looking for an online quote that you go through the link under special offers.

I know I got "free" dining at ASMo for a preferred room. However, if you look now for my dates, none are available. They only have so many rooms available for the promotion.

We did get free dining in a preferred room while booking through the phone. Dates are 12/25-10/1
