Free Dinning in 2007?

Does any one know or heard any rumors about Disney offering the free dinning next year?

I don't think rumours start swirling quite yet but you never know. They did it 2 years in a row and I suspect that they'll do it again next year. It seems to me Disney may be down in numbers this year. Dining plan Free again this year PLUS resort discounts in Sept, Oct and now November. I don't remember those before to the general public? (but that doesn't mean they weren't there )

Us Brits here in the UK have been offered free dining for next year so that may be an indictation that it will be offered to you too.

This will be our first taste of the DDP and very much looking forward to Sept 07.

If we already have our vacation booked at the POP for next summer, can the dining option be added after? If the dining plan is free, how does one find out about it? Is it automaticaly added to your hotel/package plan? or do you have to request it?
I had read up a lil on the dining plan and it sounds awesome, but my family & I only do maybe 2 table service meals during our whole 9 days in Orlando. My mom doesnt want to plan where we will be months in advance and if you do ADRs, you kinda have to.

Princess Aurora, you said they did it the last 2 yrs? How was it done? By request only or automatic if you are staying at a WDW resort?

Do you think travel agents know about this before us? I put a request in to mine (she my sis) to see if she has any better sources)

2005 I believe the free dining was ending when F&W began. This year I know that they overlapped. A co-worker had a trip planned for F&W and when I told her about the free dining and that if you started your trip before the last day of the free dining you could get it for the extent of your trip she checked with her travel agent and sure enough was able to get it.

thanks, my husband really wants to go to the food and wine festival. I think I can entise him to do Disney with free dining. Now, to just start setting aside some money for the fun!
