Free Dining?

We will be there next week and am lost on this free dining subject .
Is it offered with a package? Someone please explain, I'm not good with searching for thing on this site, sorry

It is offered from 8/21 to 10/04 with at least a 3 nt stay at a Disney resort & at least a 1 day pk ticket per person. Unfortunately if you are arriving next week...you are not eligible.
