I am thinking about going in September does anybody know if there will be free dining

There has been in the past. Last year free dining started Aug 31 all the way through Oct 3rd. So the whole month of September was included so if history repeats itself, it looks pretty good for you. But I still don't get my hopes up, because Disney is known to throw curveballs here and there.
