DVC members are able to take advance of the Free Dining offer, correct?

discounted stays are almost never eligible for free dining. and points stays are discounted stays.

DVC members have the option to pay full rack rate with cash to get "free" dining if they prefer that (and then bank or rent their pts)...

Anyone who agrees to those terms--non-discounted 6-night minimum with park tickets--can get "free dining." DVC member or not.

Just FYI, there is not a 6 night minimum. That's just an example they use for marketing.

I believe the current minimum is 3 resort nights, 2 day park tickets for free dining.
