Can someone let me know if can we get free dining if we already own annual passes?

You can but you will have to buy additional tickets. You could save them for when you need to renew your APs if free dining was a better discount than room only.

There is no option to get free dining without purchasing at least 2 day park tickets as part of your package. You can keep the tickets indefinitely if you want to go that route. You can also use the tickets toward a renewal of your annual pass. But you will have to buy park tickets.
