Are there any free dining offered in February or March?

My trip is in March and I'm on free dining. Beth from Dreams Unlimited said it ends for this pass at the end of March. I don't know when it starts.

I believe that the time to book under the free dining promotion for that time period has already passed.

The last free dining offer available to the general public that included dates for February and March 2012 expired for booking in December. So if you're looking for this March, it's probably too late as I think even the PIN offers coming out now are for April through June. If you're asking about possible availability for 2013, all you can do is stay tuned.
