No, Nobody know until Disney announces it.
June is unlikely as it is already a busy time in the hotels. Free Dining is an incentive to fill full price empty hotel rooms. Not necessary in June

The only time I remember seeing free dining offered in June was the first few days of the month. We got free dining a few years back last few days of may, and first few of june, but then ended up changing dates and going another time of year.
