What are the chances that free dining will be offered next August 2012?? I am planning already and need to so some figuring as I will be taking a child that isn't mine Thank you, I know I will find a near to perfect answer here

It is anyone's guess. That is as best and honest answer as anyone can give you.

Plan to pay for the dining plan, then if it is released, yay you can keep the money or spend it for something else.

But sorry there isn't a way to know this early.
