Free Dining?

I was looking at some posts and read something about free dining, I think from some date in Aug to early October. Had to book by June 21st, I think the date was. Can anyone pass along any info? Can DVCers use it if already booked in Sept? Any help would be appreciated!

You can get "free dining" booking MYW package, paying cash for the room, and buying at least 1 day park ticket. You cannot get FD staying on points.

Free dining is only available with a regular price MYW package (full cash price for the room plus at least a 1 day ticket). Studios start at $269 plus tax per night.
