free dining?

I saw on someone elses thread people were mentioning this "free dining" plan people were getting who were staying at the resorts. Does anyone know the exact dates of when this goes until?
My vacation is Oct 14-22nd and I haven't made my dining reservations yet, so I was trying to figure out if I even had a chance at getting reservations if the "free plan" was still in affect.

Sorry, but the free dining promotion is over. You had to book by June 25 for vacations from August 15 to September 30. Maybe next year..........
Have fun on your trip anyway. You can still purchase the dining package, though.

Thats perfect. Like I said I'm going in Oct. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get dinner reservations because I heard people complaining about how crowded the dining was. So whew...thanks for the good news!!!
I'm a DVC member, so I wouldn't be getting that deal anyways. However I am considering the DDE.....
