Free dining??

Can someone please tell me what the free dining is all about? I'm an annual passholder, FL resident, and have a 20% dining card but have never heard of the free dining I keep reading about.

Also, is there a place to reference all the one letter abbreviations???? I'm going crazy trying to figure them out.

Bob, we've never done "free" dining either..we have APs and Disney Dining Experience. Does this link help you with the abbreviations? I'm not sure what the ONE letter ones are.... http://www.wdwinfo.com/abbreviations.htm
