Free Dining with RCI points?

Can you get free dining if you use rci points at old key west?Also the points are given to us from a friend

Sorry. Disney Vacation Club reservations, whether booked with the member's own DVC points or via a RCI trade, are not eligible for free dining. You can get a dining plan, but will need to pay for it.
