I had wanted standard view but none available. It was on the website, but not with free dining. I made her check 3 times. Got woods view at WL for 9/17 - 9/23 with free dining, called at 6:00 am my time was off the phone by 6:20. Pays to get up that 15 minutes earlier!

Almost exactly 1 hour before I got in! Switched from WL to Contemporary Deluxe Garden Wing room. I didn't put a deposit down on my Disney Visa when I first reserved it, so they had to refund my earlier deposit and made me put $200 on my Disney Visa. I asked if she could just take the new deposit and add it to the old one but she was adament that I had to be refunded.

I just got off the phone. I was able to get POR for Sep 20-27. I had an existing ressie with dining. She just had to put in the code- which is CMK by the way. I was off in like 5 minutes.

I got off the phone with the change at 1 hr 11 mins! Got 2 kids ready and off for the bus while on hold! I used the Disney Visa for the original VISA so she didn't have to do anything w/ the credit card. I am so happy now - man I was so stressed out!!!!
