Wow May2 -June 3, is a small booking window.....now I wonder how many will hold out to see what comes out for July and August letting this latest deal slip thru their fingers like the larger room discounts that ended March27th.
Seems like a good promo for anyone with small kids :confused3

what is the offer ?

So I guess we still won't be next. They will need to post something for July and early August next. Maybe by the day before my trip, we will hear something. :lmao:

But honestly, if they are only worried about May and June and July and Aug are already okay or up to quota, then MAYBE we will hear something shortly after May 8TH when this promo ends. Then again maybe not. :rolleyes1

I think they kept the bones this time and threw out tendons, ligaments, cartilege and other useless bits instead.. !!
:lmao::lmao:

Ewwww......:rotfl:

I do think it would be a good deal if you have small ones and stayed at a value, probably not so good at a deluxe? I think what I'm getting now, 35% off a deluxe is alot better? Wouldn't be only like a little over $400 off for two kids?

Yeah.. The math on this new offer only works for short stays. 6 nights or less .. and really it's not that great at Deluxes.

A 35% off at a deluxe would save you as much in 2 nights in most cases as this whole offer probably would.

Unless you're the Walton Family or Octomom .. with all of 'em under 9. *

HAHA..:lmao:

* = Actually.. it wouldn't work for them either cause you need to have one adult paying per child on the discount.

OK thanks...wish it went further into June than that! My kids are under 9 so it would be a good deal for us....but that time frame will not work!

That's what I posted on the other thread! Why would Disney release something only for kids DURING the school year? Most schools in the country are not out long enough before June 3 (if at all) to take advantage of this. Crazy!

I will admit on the face of it - this offer seems really skewed to the pre-school set.

It is, very narrowly focused on one particular group of people. Hey everyone, We're Disney and we're releasing a deal today. if you have blonde hair, green eyes, and crooked ears your kids between the ages of 2-3 can stay for free between July 1-July 10. :lmao: Seriously, though, kids under 3 are already free, so it's basically a deal for 3 and 4 year olds and that's it!

I know!!! I would use it but we really don't want to change our dates! It's hard for my Mom to get off work during May & June!!
Hopefully they will do something else for September!

I would definitely take this offer if it extended into September. I have 3 kids ages 3-7. It would work great for us!!! Now if for September it was kids stay, play & eat free that would be even better :cheer2:

I am with you! If they offer that in September it would work out better than free dining for us:) We actually booked this for August but then my hubby couldn't get off work that week. So here I am waiting for the fall promo:headache::goodvibes

for that exact reason - because maybe parents will pull the kids out of school for the deal. they are already coming in the summer. disney wants you to come when you normally wouldn't.

So Disney is 'encouraging' people to take their kids out of school :rolleyes1 Lovely

Many of the southern schools get out in May. Here in NJ it's the end of or near the end of June. WHen I saw a lot of children somestimes I would talk to the parents, some are home schooled as well.

I just called my husband and said the same exact thing....Didn't Disney once offer kids play, stay and eat free once before?

I'm a teacher in the south. We get out on June 3.

Once upon a time we got out in May...I'm from NC but now it's always after June 10th when the kids get out. I think SC is pretty similar, too. There was some law passed that kids could not go back before August 25th (had something to do with the tourism industry) so that puts us well into June before we get out now. If we got out in May this year I would go for this deal.
