Free dining- trading down TS for CS?

Can anyone report if it's still ok to trade down TS for CS? I have had the worst time making ressies this time, and honestly, we are more of a CS type of family.....we have one little guy who has autism and doesn't want to sit for a long time, and there are some really decent CS places that will make him happy. We leave next week!!
