You need to look at the cost of a package with "free" dining vs. the cost of just booking a room and paying as you go for your food. Are you actually saving money by having the dining plan? In some cases you might be, but not nearly as often as a lot of people think.Can you tell me the last time the room discount at a moderate or value for a family of 3 ages 11 and older was a better deal than the free dining? I personally don’t it ever has been because the room discount would need to be more than $156 a night.
