free dining questions

We are planing a trip August 25th -August 30,2007. I have been reading all about the dining plan. I have a few questions. If they offer this will it be soon or is 2007 sometime? If they don't offer it is it worth buying? I have been looking at the packages that offer it. Will they also let you use you aaa and make reservations
still with free dining?

The past two years, Americans were able to book the free dining promotion during the Spring, for visits during the heart of hurricane season. Some were able to book the free dining promotion through AAA directly, but not using the AAA discount through Disney directly.
