Free Dining question

We haven't been to WDW since 2008, so i'm a little rusty on Free Dining.
We are arriving on Dec. 1st and leaving on Dec. 7th. We only got a 6 day park hopper since we have to be at the airport mid-afternoon. We only get our dining for the 6 days we actually bought park tickets for, right?

It goes by the number of nights, not the number of ticket days. So the 1st to the 7th would be 6 nights so 6 meal credits of varying types depending on your dining plan. ie standard dining would be 6 CS and 6 TS and 6 snacks.

Your dining credits have nothing to do with how many days you buy park tickets for. They are based on the number of nights you stay at the resort.

Your six nights worth of credits are good to use until midnight on check-out day. Sometimes we have leftover credits and get snacks and a sandwich for our travel back home.
