Free dining question

Do u have to arrive on the 28th of august in order to get free or if I am arriving on the 21 st to the 29th I can still get free dining.

no you have to start your package on the 28.

In order to get free dining your check in date must fall within the free dining dates. That check in date is all that matters. If you check in prior to the date free dining starts, you can not get it. However, if you check in on the very last day of free dining, you get it for your whole stay even though the majority of your stay would fall outside the dates.
