Free Dining Question???

I have read some posts about "Free Dining" and do not know what this means. Can some one educate me. Thanks !

WDW offered "Free dining" as an incentive during late summer and early fall for Vacations booked by June 25th. This is a repeat promotion from fall 2005.

Basically it is a meal plan that is pretty much the best idea ever thought of by Disney in my eyes ecspecially since it's free. It covers most of your meals and snacks as well as tips and gratuities.

It was a promotion DIsney offered to boost attendance during the slow hurricane season. You had to pay rack rate for your room and everyone in your party had to purchase at least a one day MYW ticket and then you would get the Disney dining pland for free. It was dates in August and September and the date to book free dining has already ended.
