Free Dining Program for Resort Staying using Points?

Hi, does anyone know if Disney come up w/ the free dining promotion like they did for the past couple years, would we be beneficial if we booked our staying w/ timeshare points?

Free dining is not available to anyone staying at a DVC Resort on points.

"Free dining" is a promotional package through CRO (Central Reservations Office), usually with a full price room.
