Do you have to book through travel agent or can you do it through disney?

What is the cancellation policy?

Can you substitute table meal for counter meal?

You can book through Disney.

The cancelation policy is the same with other packages. You must cancel prior to 45 days out.

I am not sure if you can sub the TS and CS credits. There is a FAQ thread on the restaurant board.

according to Disney CRO yesterday (made my dining ressies) they cannot be switched, TS for QS.

I have heard that you can use a TS credit for a CS meal, but cannot use a CS credit for a TS meal, which makes sense!
