free dining plan?

Hi, I'm trying to plan ahead for a possible trip next year and I have a few questions.

What are the dates for the free dining plan this year?
Are the dates typically the same every year?
Do you think they will offer it the first week of Aug '09?
When were the dates released this year?

This is the historical info from mousesavers.com:

Free dining dates:

8/24/08-9/20/08, released 4/10 to general public
8/26/07-9/22/07, released 4/12/07
8/13/06-9/30/06, released 4/4/06
8/21/05-10/04/05, released 6/02/05

They have not included early August in free dining in the past.
