Ok call me crazy but I thought I read somewhere that the Dining Plan was "free" between certain dates at WDW. Am I crazy or is this true? I did a search and didn't see anything which leads me to beieve that Im crazy! :rotfl2:

Only as part of a package, including full price rooms, booked though Disney Travel. Free dining is not available to those staying on DVC points.

I'm pretty sure it had to be booked by a certain date...July 5th maybe, and it was for certain dates between sometime in August and September.

If you're staying in a DVC room, using points, you can pay for the dining plan. It's $38 a day for adults. I don't know what the cost is for children.

The program is called Play, Stay, & Dine. This is the second year they've offered it. Unfortunately, you've missed the booking window for it.

As previously stated, it was only for Magic Your Way packages, and wasn't applicable to stays on DVC points.

OK thanks to everyone that replied..... I knew it sounded too good to be true... booking through DVC! Always looking for a deal and an angle! ;)
