Free Dining plan with Swan/Dolphin?

Does anyone know if the Free dining includes the swan/dolphin resort?

Wondering if a friend can use her hilton points to reserve her room for swan then add the free dining plan, or is the swan/dolphin only perk having the transportation system stop by? (I already know that no magic express is avail for the swan)

Free dining (or paid dining) is not available at the Swan/Dolphin. They are not Disney owned and operated hotels.

no, I don't believe you can purchase it either

While the Swan and Dolphin resorts are on Disney property, they are not operated by Disney - they are Starwood resorts. Guests at the Swan or Dolphin are not eligible for the Disney dining plans at all, either purchased or free. Only guests of Disney owned and operated resorts have access to the dining plans.
