Free Dining Plan / Land & Sea Package

I just received an email today with a PIN for discount hotel with free dining plan for end of Sept to mid October of 2008 (when we are going).
Has anyone had any luck adding a free dining plan to an existing land and sea package?

I know someone going Sept 23 with a land and sea pacake so I would love to know the answer to this if there is a public code.
