Free Dining Plan in September?

I will be in Disney World September 16-23 this fall, and I was wondering if anyone knew if Disney would be offering the free dining plan like they have done in the past.
Also, does anyone know what dining plan this is?
Right now we are looking into getting the deluxe dining plan because we think it seems worth the price you pay. But if we could get it for free, that seems better!

Hi, Disney just released this on Monday for your dates!!!

Yes - call now and update your reservation with free dining code (unless you already booked under a different code and it is more savings).

At Values it is the quick dining plan.
At Mods and Deluxe - it is the regular dining plan.

You can upgrade to the deluxe dining plan....but that's a lot of food - but it works for some people. Might want to verify that you can get the reservations you want first - since some of the most popular might be unavailable for those dates at this point.

If you go to the www.disneyworld.com website on the bottom of the home page click on special offers. Your dates are included. Also Not sure what category resort you are looking at but Value resorts only get the Quick service dining plan. Moderates and Deluxes get regular dining plan. If you want the deluxe dining you will have to pay the difference between regular and deluxe dining plans. They have never offered the deluxe dining plan for free.
