Free Dining pass Oct 2

OK....I don't know what just happened but I was playing around on the Disney website pricing resorts. We are planning a trip for Oct 1 - Oct 9 due to my son's fall break. I was very disappointed when free dining was offered ending Oct 2. However, when I put in our dates for Oct 1 - Oct 9, the website gave me the free dining rate for the entire week! I doubled checked and tripled checked. Went ahead and paid deposit because I was afraid it would not happen if I came back tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced this. Is it an oversite by the website? Can they take it away? I know that I might sound crazy and my DH has said I have been obsessing over the free dining thing. Just want to hear other DIS members thoughts...

congrats! As long as you arrive before the last day of the promo, you can get that discount for up to 14 days. I believe this is what I have read before. You are sooo lucky.

Yep, we're booked Oct 1-10...just so you check in by the 2nd it will apply!

Hello fellow Tennessean. We have fall break the week of the 4th also and our trip starts Oct 2. Got free dining when I booked this morning.

As long as you check in by the last day it is offered (8/15 - 10/2) then you get it for your length of stay up to 14 days.

Us too! We are checking in on 10/2 - 10/9 and get free dining for the whole week! I was worried we would only get it for one day! LOL
