Free Dining other than Fall?

We've been away from the world for a couple of years, but FINALLY we are able to start planning for late Spring in 2013.

Have there been free dining offers at this time of year available to the general public or Disney Visa Rewards cardholders? With a family of 6 this is usually the best value for us.

I'm astounded at how much prices have gone up (for everything, not just hotel & tickets). I'm glad we started planning early!

They have bben offering in the Jan to Mar time the last couple of years. We hope they will in 2013!
