Free Dining Oct-Dec Is Here!!

I am staying from November 10- November 15. InAll star Movies resort, does any one know what the RO discount is? I know free dining is just not an option.

I don't think anyone will know for sure until the promotion is released, but the last couple of public room rate discounts (including the current one for August and September date) for ASMo were only 5%.

Let's hope they offer something better than that, maybe even the full 25% off that's expected for value resorts.

Yes, Movies, French Quarter, AKL Savannah, some Contemporary rooms, and BLT, among others will have the least discounts, for obvious reasons.

Trying to list each and every resort and room type within each resort gets confusing...I've tried to keep up but the list always looks convoluted. I think it's best to look at each category in terms of a maximum percentage "up to X%" and at least you know where you stand.

Even the morning of release, some sites attempt to keep a listing, but it gets long, confusing, and they make lots of changes...so it's always best to call and price things out when it comes to something like this.

This is where FD is so much easier. It's either offered or it's not and that's pretty cut and dry to list the few exclusions.

you'd likely do better to stay the night of the 10th as a room only and then do free dining from 11-15. Split stays aren't usually a big issue for most.

the only problem i have is i have cinderella's royal table booked for the 10th, and there are no other the entire week available. So i would have to pay out of pocket for that.

Does it particularly matter where it comes from? You've asked 3 times in one day. I'm curious why the rush to need to know the source of the "leak". If it helps your vacation, terrific.

Sorry - I have learned in other threads that if you end up on some of the other pages you kind of get lost in all the chatter going on. Thus the 3 times trying.:cool1:

Maybe someone can offer me some help..I'm getting confused! I booked 10/29-11/8 @ The BC in a standard room concierge. I might change our departure date to 11/7 due to expensive flights. we have 2 adults, a 14y.o. & 17 y.o. I've never rec'd the FD before-I have done the R.O. discount-if we are able to get FD, is it the one with one QS & one TS? If so, can we pay to upgrade to a more expensive plan? If so, does anyone know how much $$? I'm undecided if we should just do the R.O. discount or if the FD is more worthwhile. My family isn't really into the QS..that's the one catch..they are more sit down people & the 2 teens eat more than grown adults..head spinning..any help is appreciated!

Sounds like the FD might benefit you more! Yes, you will receive the regular dining plan, but can upgrade to the deluxe dining plan, which gives you 3 dining credits p/person, p/day. You can use those credits at at either QS locations or all TS if you want.
This thread will give you all the upgrade costs:

Not to split hairs...but the allotments are PER NIGHT....many people will stay 8 days and get ticked off when they only have 7 allotted days of dining credits....

Yes, sorry. Credits are per night, not per day.

If 11/23 is not included in RO, do you think it will not be included in FD?

Crossing my fingers ... The earliest we can check in for thanksgiving week is 11/23.

11/23 is the last day of fd before it is blacked out so you would get fd for your entire stay.
