Have some others from last year that I liked and will try again if I have room and a few that I want to look at first.

I'm a little surprised that I have desserts on this years list as I wasn't interested in much of any last year but there are some new sweets that look interesting.

I'm going to share some more info from the links I posted.

Under the free dining promotion, you can click on each resort. Under the resorts I posted yesterday as excluded, it says no promotion.

When I do the same under the room only promotion...I get rate lists for each hotel. One hotel in particular shows rack rates, and that is POR.

Odd as it sounds...

I noticed that...not sure I like that?? That is my plan b...room only at POR. LOL Plan A id free dining POR and that is looking bleak.

I played with the drop down menu too only they are showing rack rate on POR rooms as higher than the American price in Free Dining. Maybe the RO rate is higher in SA because they started higher to begin with.

So I see that a lot of people are calling the morning to book the free dining deal if it comes out. Can I not do this online?

We've always stayed offsite but are taking a short second trip this year in November to go when some family members are going and to see the Christmas decorations. I've always wanted to try a dining plan so we are going to stay onsite if we can get free dining. If not we'll stick to our resorts offsite.

That said, I thought I would be able to get on in the morning and book it. I have POP in my cart, will that show free dining if it's included/available?

Forgot to ask - if I book a package tomorrow and pay the $200 down, can I cancel or make changes if necessary?

Once the deal is available online, you can book it. Having something in your cart now will not help you, though. You will have to book through the link on the special offers page. It might be up and running at 6am, but it is also possible that it won't be up until mid-morning. Good luck!

ETA: Changes can be made without fees up to 45 days from arrival. After that, there could be fees of $50 or $15 depending on what the changes do to the overall price and when you make them.

All dining plan options must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Nope, I've never done DDP so I've never really paid attention. But I'm pretty sure once people start going someone starts a list over on the Restaurant Board.
