Free Dining Mods glitch...

...is driving me nuts! I'm on pins and needles waiting. I need to price, and search, and finagle!
Anyone have insight to what is going on? Can't book online or over the phone. Gah!

That is very odd. I have been booking all day today for our August trip. Hope to get some resolution soon!

I did find a small way around it, but only for 2 of the mods. Go to Special offers, then select free dining offer. Fill in your dates and party size. At the bottom of the page instead of selecting to look at all the mods, check the "I know what resort I want" button. From there choose CSR. It will bring up CSR with several room types. In the right hand corner you can click to view the alternate offer at CBR as well.
I can't find a way to see POR or POFQ though.

Isn't that too weird? The CM or supervisor today couldn't get any MODS to come up at all. I'm so glad stuff is showing up. I need POR and I'm sure there is availability hiding in there somewhere. LOL

Seems like they have been having a lot of glitches the past 2 weeks! My Dining reservation was booked during a glitch and got double booked and canceled

I had some trouble myself yesterday calling in. Was almost on hold for an hour!

Finally got through though and she got my free dining added onto my reservation. Word of advice...book through online first THEN call. They said that's easier.

Riverside is having remodel work done to at least one of the building right now and from what I understand is supposed to continue throughout the year so they will have fewer rooms to have avaible for specials. Like the others have said just keep trying.

Y'all have me worried about computer glitches. I called about 2 wks ago and upgraded from std to RR at POR. They told me the price difference and said it was booked. They also told me that I would get an email comfirmation. I did not get email but when I logged in to my Disney acct the price was changed to what I was quoted but no reference to RGR. Mind you this is for May not during free dining. Should I call to confirm or is price diff enough evidence that my res was changed?

I hate to hear there are glitches but I am glad to know that it is a glitch, I thought all rooms had be taken already. I'm helping a friend who wants to go to FD for the 1st time and she wants to book a MOD.
