Free Dining in June 2015...possible?

For the past 3 years, I have been out of the free dining loop. No pin codes, not the right time, etc...

Anyhow, as I sit here at WL, I am planning my trip for next year, and am targeting June.

Does free dining ever get offered in June? Three years ago, I had a PIN that got it for me. However, I have not received one since.... Am I doing something wrong? I come every year, so maybe they think I don't need to get one to spend money. I do remember calling 5 times in one day before it magically appeared on my account....

Any help would be awesome!

There is no rhyme or reason to pin codes. I have never got one, EVER. Used to be AP and lived in Orlando (that hurt me I think). I moved away and have traveled to WDW once after we moved with my parents and brother's family. They all get pin codes, DH and I do not. Our last trip was 2012 and looking in 2015, my mom recieved pins for this year already, I never get mail or emails from WDW.

The last few times we have gone in June, we got a room only discount. It was a better deal for us.

If you are at WL right now, you can call ext 8844 from your room phone and get FD for check in dates of Aug 20-Oct 2, 2015. I would not expect FD for June. Summer is very busy, and FD isn't needed to fill rooms during that time.

I have been looking over the past discounts offered by Disney (as listed on Mousesavers) and it appears the FD discounts have been very spotty since 2011. General Public Room Rate discounts appear to cover larger periods of time.

That said I did a quick calculation based on my reservation for next May and it looks like the Dining Package is almost exactly 20% of my Room Rate. So IF (notice Big IF) I can get at least a 20% discount on the room, financially it would be the same. Just something to consider.
