Does Disney give Free Dining in February?

I'm thinking a February trip may be a better idea for my family (usually we go in July)...less crowds, less expensive, cooler weather...might be an idea...and if Free Dining was included it would be a sure bet we'd be taking it!

They didn't offer it for 2013 and the pins going out for 2014 are for Stay/Play/Dine - free dining at this point would be a minor miracle for that time frame.

Stay/Play/Dine gives adults the dining plan/tickets at children prices, so it's better than nothing.

Yes. All pin codes are random and sent by Disney Destinations. If you're in Disney's system you are eligible for a pin code.
